12 month's of hosting fees are included in your payment. After 12 month's you can end your contract or renew for 12 months at $20 per 1% share.

Miner rewards (payouts) are automatically deposited into your BTC wallet. You can withdraw these rewards to a different wallet at any time.

Shortly after paying you will receive an email with a link with information where you can check on the status of your share(s) and withdraw your mined Bitcoin.
New miners are covered under the manufacturer's warranty only. Used miners are covered under our own 30-day warranty.

Due to the nature of this industry, miner refunds are not allowed for the following reasons:

Miner profitability can drop between the time it is purchased and the time the miner is received and started hosting with us.

Miner prices can be very volatile and can change daily.

Miner preorders are frequently delayed. Once a preorder is placed, we commit to it as well by paying in full. That cannot be reversed.

Miner hosting reservations are fully refundable for any reason at any time. Once you cancel a hosting payment, you will no longer receive payments from that miner.

Once payment has been received, you have committed to buying a miner from us at the purchase price at checkout. Bank transfers must be received within 24 business hours or orders are subject to cancellation.
